Substitution Policy
To ensure that the products are on time at your doorstep, sometimes substitution takes place. Our aim is to provide the best customer service every time. And then it becomes necessary to substitute with other product which is equal and of greater value.
When we receive an order from our customer, the utmost effort of our entire team is to give the exact color, shape, size of the product and if anything else is described, we try to strive towards it as well.
In case if the item available at our online portal isn’t available, then we opt for a similar item. The color, size may vary a little but overall effect of the arrangement is being maintained.
Chocolates:
- When you are purchasing chocolates from us, it will be our first priority will always be to give you the exact product.
- The arrangement of boxes or baskets sometimes differs but we will make every effort in maintain the display.
- And if by chance the container isn’t available we will use another one.
- At times, it might be possible that the exact flavor described on the website isn’t available, for such times we’ll ask if you still wish to have the product.
Whenever the substitution takes place the following things are kept in mind:
- Delivery time of the order
- Color preference
- Size and décor of the item
- Varieties of chocolates
- Flavors of chocolates
SUBSTITUTION FOR SPECIAL OCCASIONS:
We totally understand how much an occasion matters for you and your loved ones. Hence, we try to avoid the substitution as much as possible during occasions. However if the product is lot in demand then it might be possible we run out of stock.
During that time, we ask you to give a substitution of the item only after you permission it will take place. And if we are unable to contact you via phone or email the substituted product will be dispatched at your place.
The timely delivery during occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day etc is very important. Therefore, we apply substitution policy so as to preserve your occasion.
